ILiAD's B-Tech™ Vector Platform (B-Tech™) utilizes a proprietary attenuated Bordetella pertussis strain as an intranasal vaccine vector to present antigens from non-pertussis respiratory pathogens for the induction of both systemic and respiratory mucosal immune responses. B-Tech™ vaccines have demonstrated immunogenicity in several peer-reviewed published pre-clinical studies targeting viruses, bacteria, and parasites.
